■Features
1. Minimal dust generation: Dust generation is
minimized by maintaining a low clearance between the
product discharge port and the filled product impact
surface using a height-adjusting auger type filling
mechanism.
2. Stable accuracy: Suspension-type scales
with built-in load cells are used to weigh and fill
the products for high- and repeatable accuracy. A
filling station for secondary correction is not
necessary.
3. Handles multiple products: Easily
compatible with various product specifications,
including screen size, fill quantity, etc. There is
no changeover contamination since all parts in
contact with products being filled can be
disassembled for cleaning.
■Options
Auger funnel with vacuum de-aeration: Allows
compacted filling of bulky powders. A secondary
de-aerating system enhances the efficiency of the de-aeration
process. De-aeration filters can be fully disassembled
for cleaning.
