OUTLINE
This
device is THE EASY MOUNTER SYSTEM for the
latest flexo-printing plate. Two(2) sets of
THE TV CAMERAS interlocked with THE DIGITAL
SCALE and THE TV MONITOR which projects the
registerd maｒk of a printing-plate make it
possible to realize a precise and speedy
mounting-work.
FEATURE

Printing-plate-mounting can
be achieved only by putting registered
marks on both sides (right and left) of
the printing plate to guide lines on the
two (2) sets of TV MONITORS together.

Plate-mount-working
hours can be greatly shortened in
comparison with half-mirror (or
semireflcting mirror) system in former
way.(1/3～1/5)
●
Register
accuracy is within 0.1mm and high
precision.
●
It is
very easy to deal with and required no
skill.
●
Revolution
for plate cylinder is motorized. Right rotation,
reverse rotation and fine-adjustment are
possible.
