FEATURES
1. In regular size-changing work, all the places requiring adjustments are numerically controlled enabling to shorten the change-over time.
2. The improvement of the arrangements of tube bundles enables the palletizer to be connected directly to the end of tuber when necessary.
3. As change-gears are built in the Perforating Unit, the change of cutting length between 400mm and 1,200mm becomes possible only by handle operation. In case of altering the change-gear, oil-stained-free can be achieved.
4. The Cross Pasting Unit and the Perforating Unit, equipped with standardized One-touch Bases, enable to shorten the size-change hours.
5. The standardized upper and side covers between the Drawing Unit and the entrance of the Forming Unit for all the plies can not only prevent dust from getting in but decrease noise and improve safety as well.

1A. Paper Roll Stand

One paper roll stand is used for one web. The web can be changed during operation by using the manual web-splicing unit. The inside diameter of the paper roll core is 76mm?. The web brake is an outer periphery brake with weight. The web can be adjusted in the traverse direction even during operation.

1B. Shaftless Reel Stand (Optional)

With no need for shaft change, the reel change becomes quite easy.

2. Automatic Paper Web Brake Unit

When the machine stops, brakes are applied simurutaneously to all the plies. Consequently, there are no troubles of paper winding on the machine.

3. E.P.C. Unit

Edge Position Control device corrects the paper-meandering and holds the paper-flowing in a fixed position.

4. Web Drawing Feed Unit

By adjusting the wind-around angle on S-style rolls (drawing roll), it is possible to adjust the tension of paper-reel on the machine.

5. Perforating Unit

One-touch base is a standardized equipment.

6. Cross Pasting Unit

One touch base is a standardized equipment. The supply of glue is subject to tanked glue-level detection.

7. Longitudinal Pasting Unit

Supplying of paste is a detecting system for level of paste in tank. The supply of glue is subject to tanked glue-level detection.

8. Tube-forming Unit

Tubes with or without gusset can be produced.

9. Cutting Unit

Newly designed type of change-gear box is equipped.

10. Counter Section

As tube bundles are well arranged, it is possible for a palletizer to be connected directly to the end of the tuber.
