Features

FZ400 has been designed as a stack type press equipped with a sliding frame unit of plate cylinder section. The salient feature is a quick and easy process to adjust impression and to re-fix plate cylinders. Operators may pull the plate cylinder section out and, facing to plate cylinders, are able to clamp a plate onto a cylinder and adjust the clamping position.
● Operators certainly can make the most of Gear Trains which has been remarkably improved and control mechanisms to maintain stable tension. You may kick-start, discontinue and change speed with far greater range but still, you are assured of a vivid resolution. Even an instantaneous stoppage is possible.
● Touch Panel
An easy-to-use operator interface that provides clear display of operational functions as well as various data for input.

Optional Equipments
● Remote Control Device puts differential gear into action (motor driven) in order to vertically align and adjust the print image in four process colours.
● Web Scanner to be installed after the fourth printing unit provides still imaging for monitoring.
● Quick Reverse Function for manual cleaning so as not to be caught between the gears when the press rolls of the third and fourth printing unit idle.
● Laser-engraved ceramic Anilox roll advances cell characteristics. Narrow but deep engraving increases cell volume for solid and vivid printing, or delicate shades in case of shallow cells. Best to adequately scrape off the ink with a doctor blade.
● Chambered Doctor Blade System improves print quality and provides better control of ink over the print press. Best fits four-colour process printing and indispensable for fine dotted mesh to depict subtle gradation.
● Fountain Pan coated with Teflon. Non-stick coating is best for wiping excess ink from its surface area and accordingly, environmentally friendly.
● Web Leading Device guides the web through the printing section once the web winds itself around the carriage bar.
● Plate Cylinder Sleeve optimizes the process making, fixing and removing plates.

Guide Rail for changing Plate Cylinder
Pull out Guide Rail (folded to store) to rest Plate Cylinder elbows. Anilox and Fountain Rollers can be changed in a short time with the aide of ‘boomerang shaped’ jig (detachable for storage).		 Web Scanner (Optional)
